We desire to see the kids at Lebanon First Baptist Church share in the mission of our church. The mission of our church is to engage in the disciple-making process (win the lost, build the believer, equip the worker, multi disciple-makers).

Flowing out of this is the mission of LFB Kids: to partner with parents in EQUIPPING LFB kids to engage in the disciple-making journey!

We would love for you to join us Sunday mornings at LFB Kids!

Sunday School 9:15-10:15am
Church Service 10:30-11:45am

Our Sunday School classes meet from 9:15-10:15am. Kids infant through 2nd grade meet in the Educational wing of the church, and kids in 3rd through 5th grade meet in the basement room 7.

Our curriculum incorporates three key components, which are…

Truth Questions

Our LFB Kids Children’s Church meets during the church service. Our church service begins at 10:30am, and kids infant throught 5 years old meet in the Educational wing at 10:30am. Kids who are in Kindergarten through 3rd grade will be dismissed from the service for Children’s Church. We would like all kids who are in 4th grade or above to join us in the church service.

Our goal at LFB Kids Children’s Church includes two key components.

Memory Verse of the Month

For the story at Children’s Church the kids watch a video of the same story that was read for Sunday School earlier that morning. The teacher then leads a discussion helping every kid understand what the Lesson Aim, or main point is for each story. An example video can be found under lfb curriculum tab on the side.

After the story, kids will work on the memory verse of the month. Our goal is to have the kids memorize one verse each month. Kids will bring a copy of the verse home each Sunday, and we would encourage you to work on that verse with your children at home.

Wednesplay is a play group for children age 5 and younger. Parents can visit while the kids play. The group meets every Wednesday from 11 am – 12 pm in the Lebanon First Baptist Gym. 211 E. Vine St.

Older siblings are welcome to come as long as they are mindful that toys and activities are geared toward younger children. They are encouraged to bring their own activities.
